Blossom Rock is more than just a community — it’s a place where beauty, connection, and safety come together. Our streets, designed in collaboration with the city of Apache Junction, encourage slower speeds, mindful driving, and a pedestrian-friendly community.
To help maintain safety, we strongly discourage parking on the park-side of the street. Keeping this area clear improves visibility for drivers, especially near parks where kids and pets are often playing. It also ensures emergency vehicles can get through quickly when every second counts.
By keeping our streets safe and accessible, we’re building a community where everyone can feel at home and connected.
So where should you park?
If you live across from a park, please park only on the residential side of the street.
Of course, you may also park in your garage or driveway — just be sure sidewalks remain clear for pedestrians.
Let's work together
Help us preserve Blossom Rock’s charm and safety by keeping park perimeters clear. Share the reminder with neighbors and help us keep this community beautiful and connected.
