Design review
If you’re planning to make updates to the exterior of your home, you’ll need approval first. Get the scoop on the design review process and be sure to submit a design review application before work begins on your project.
Community concern form
Help keep your new community in tip-top shape by reporting issues that affect the whole community, like community landscape and compliance. Just fill out the fully online community concern form — you can even upload a photo, if you have one that will help.
Community governance
There are three nonprofit entities in place whose purpose is to maintain the vision and integrity of your community: the Blossom Rock Residential Association (BRRA), the Blossom Rock Community Alliance (BRAL), and the Blossom Rock Community Assembly (BRCA).

Resident directory
Use the resident directory — accessible only when logged in — to connect with your new neighbors.
Resident-led clubs
If you’ve got a passion you’d like to share — music, wine, hiking, etc. — start a club and we’ll help spread the word. It’s a great way to meet your new neighbors.
