Help keep The Dutch safe & clean for everyone

The Dutch is more than just a building — it’s the heartbeat of Blossom Rock. Whether you’re here to cool off in the community pool, join a class, or just lounge with a latte, this vibrant space was designed for connection, creativity, and good old-fashioned fun. And like any great shared space, a little care from everyone goes a long way in keeping it awesome. Here are a few simple guidelines to help keep The Dutch in tip-top shape.

Clean up food and drinks

Feel free to bring snacks and beverages with you, but please leave glass containers at home. To avoid sticky messes and damage, keep food and drinks away from the pool. In fact, all food, candy, gum, and drinks should stay at least four feet from the water’s edge. Spill something? No worries — just let an ambassador know and they’ll be happy to help.

Toss your trash

If you’re enjoying a bite to eat at The Dutch, please toss wrappers, cups, and other trash in the nearest bin before you leave. A little effort keeps the space looking great for the next guest.

Keep track of your stuff

Bringing a backpack, water bottle, or hoodie? Make sure to gather your belongings before you head out. The Community Life team isn’t responsible for lost or stolen items, including anything left behind in the lost and found.

Be kind to the furniture

The Dutch is full of comfy couches, tables, and chairs perfect for reading, working, or meeting up for coffee. Please treat the furniture like you would in your own home (or better yet, someone else’s!). If you spot damage, flag down an ambassador so we can address it quickly and avoid further wear and tear.

Dry off before coming inside

Taking a dip in the pool? Be sure to towel off thoroughly before heading indoors. Wet floors can be slippery, and damp swimsuits can damage furniture. Please also wear a cover-up (tops and bottoms) over swimwear while inside The Dutch.

Help your kids be great guests

We love seeing our younger residents enjoying The Dutch! Parents, please take a moment to remind your kids and teens of the community rules before they visit. A little guidance goes a long way in helping them make the most of their time here.

A quick reminder…

Repeated violations of amenity rules or damage to furniture and equipment may result in suspension of access privileges or fees to cover repair or replacement costs. Let’s all do our part to keep The Dutch safe and fun for everyone.

Have fun!

We hope you’ll stop by soon to relax, play, or connect with neighbors. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to the Blossom Rock Community Life team.
