Poolside prep

The Dutch Clubhouse and Pool are beloved amenities in the community. With the warm weather, we know you’re eager to hit the pool and frequent the amenities. While the influx in use creates a vibrant and connected community, it has the potential to result in excessive wear and tear and/or closures of our favorite hangout spots. Check out what you can do to help!

Before you go...

  • Brivo Access Pass — you can’t get in without it.
  • Read through the Blossom Rock Resident Agreement
  • Clothing — grab swimsuits for the pool and clothes (tops and bottoms) to cover up your swimsuit for inside the Bus Stop area.
  • Swim gear and play toys— check out what’s allowed in the photo. You’ll want to leave floaties and mermaid tails at home, only U.S. Coast Guard approved floatation devices (types I, II, III).
  • Hair-ties — If you have long hair, be sure to grab a hair tie for swimming, when hair clogs the filters it can cause issues with the pool.
  • Bring some towels and non-slip shoes —it can get slippery in the Bus Stop, please dry off before walking inside the amenity.
  • There’s no lifeguard on duty, keep an eye on your friends and family.

What to leave at home

  • The Dutch is a smoke and vape free amenity, please be considerate to your fellow neighbors.
  • Glass — be sure to leave all glass bottles and containers at home.
  • Pets are not permitted within the amenity.
  • Toys — if they aren’t approved by Maricopa County,  you’ll want to leave them at home.

Don't let codes brown shut the fun down

All children not yet toilet trained must wear a swim diaper and rubber pants before entering the pool – no exceptions! Don’t forget to take frequent restroom and water breaks!

Guests and entry

  • Scan your Brivo Access Pass app at the door/door readers when you enter – this ensures it’s only accessed by residents.
  • Four (4) guests per household. Guests must be accompanied by sponsoring residents at all times.
  • If you’d like to bring more non-resident guests (but no more than 10 per household), let the Community Life team know by filling out this request form. The team will just need a three day head’s up.
  • Children younger than 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18 and over) in all amenity areas.

Food & drinks

  • No glass is permitted — check your bags before you leave the house.
  • All items must stay four (4) feet from the pool’s edge to avoid contaminating the water and prevent tripping hazards. This includes water bottles, other beverages, and food.

Cool features

  • Barbeques are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. All you have to do is supply the food.
  • Play equipment and basketballs are available for use.
  • There is a pool lift for added accessibility. Please notify Community Life before you visit, we’ll have it ready to go.
  • There’s nothing like a fire pit on a cool evening. Alert an ambassador and they’ll get one up and running for you.

Safety is priority

If you notice anything out of place, damaged, or not functioning properly, please submit a Community Concern Form.
