Who we are
Blossom Rock is still a young community, but one that’s already rich with diversity. Nearly 92% of the 60 respondents have lived here less than two years, showing we’re growing quickly. Of the residents who responded, 100% are homeowners and represent a wide mix of life stages, from families with young children to retirees.

Lifestyle satisfaction is also higher here than in previous communities — 56% of residents feel more satisfied since moving to Blossom Rock.

We also heard about opportunities for growth:
Events – residents asked for more variety, including activities for teens, informal block parties, and homeschooling meet-ups.
Amenities – pickleball courts, splash pads, and shaded gathering areas came up frequently in open-ended responses.
Neighbor connections – many want more casual ways to meet those nearby, especially street-level or interest-based groups.
