Planning a birthday, catching up with family, or getting a few neighbors together? We love seeing residents make memories here. The first step is figuring out how many people you’re inviting, because each space works a little differently.
For a few guests, enjoy a shared amenity.
Each household is welcome to bring up to four nonresident guests, including children, to The Dutch, the Pool Pavilion, or The Barn. These spaces stay open to other residents, so you can gather there, but you can’t reserve an area for a private party.
If you’d like to bring five to 10 nonresident guests, please submit an Amenity Guest Request Form at least 72 hours ahead of time. Once approved, your group may visit for up to two hours. You’ll need to stay with your guests, and the space will still be shared with your neighbors.
Why the guest limits?
The amenities are here for Blossom Rock residents. Welcoming a few guests lets you share them with people you care about, while the limits help keep the spaces available and comfortable for the residents who use them every day.
A larger gathering can fill a shared space quickly, especially when other neighbors arrive hoping to use it, too.
For a small private event, rent the Flex Room
The Flex Room at The Dutch can accommodate up to 16 people total, including children. It’s a good fit when you want your own space for a celebration or meeting. Rentals are $25 per hour with a three-hour minimum; remember to include setup and cleanup in the time you request. The renter must be at least 21, be a member in good standing, and remain present throughout the event. Please submit your online request at least 10 days in advance.
A Flex Room reservation covers only the room. If your plans also include the pool, the regular guest rules still apply. You can find the full details in the Flex Space Rental Agreement and Resident Agreement
For a bigger crowd, look to the ramadas
Painted Sky Park has ramadas that can be reserved through the City of Apache Junction. The ramada at Gold Stone Park is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Have your own tables and chairs? The Blossom Rock Monument is another first-come, first-served option for your event. Check the city rules and our neighborhood park rules before making plans.
Choosing the right spot gives your guests room to enjoy themselves and helps keep Blossom Rock’s shared amenities ready for your neighbors, too.
