It’s important to know the rules before you head to your community’s amenities — review the resident agreement and the neighborhood park guidelines to learn what’s allowed and what’s prohibited. 

Fire pit instructions

Use code 1226# to activate the fire pits between 6 and 10 p.m. Each activation will keep the fire pit lit for approximately 15 minutes.


Please note: If the red “STOP” button beneath the keypad has been pressed, the fireplace will not operate. To restore function, press and turn the red button to release the shut-off feature before attempting to use the fireplace.

The Dutch Clubhouse and Pool Pavilion

The Dutch Clubhouse & Pool Pavilion is a place where residents can connect with nature, build community, and embrace a life of blissful escape.








Painted Sky Park

The first of three public community parks, featuring:

  • 16 acres of public play space
  • 1.5 acre catch-and-release fishing lake
  • Several ramadas
  • 3.5 acre Miner's Run adventure playground
  • Game court

Ruff Ranch Dog Park

Three thoughtfully designed dog parks nestled among the community’s rolling hills offer dedicated zones for activity, agility, and socialization. Each park also features ample shaded areas, giving both pups and their people a comfortable place to relax and unwind.

Neighborhood Parks

Blossom Rock will feature dozens of neighborhood parks, with every home planned within two blocks of one. Each park offers a mix of open space, trails, and playgrounds — inviting neighbors and families to relax, connect, and enjoy the outdoors.
