Apache Junction household hazardous waste collection event

Mark your calendar for Apache Junction’s next Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event.

This is your opportunity to safely and responsibly dispose of household hazardous waste materials such as used oil, coolant, paint, aerosol cans, batteries, fluorescent bulbs, and white goods (washers, dryers, water heaters). On-site document shredding and electronics recycling (including computers and TVs) will also be available, along with disposal for passenger vehicle tires without rims.

Please note that we do not accept paper, cardboard, cans, metal, or bulk trash items such as sofas or mattresses.

This event is open to residents within the corporate limits of Apache Junction, including those in Pinal County north and east of the city, such as the Gold Canyon area. Commercial properties are not eligible.

If you are disabled and need assistance transporting your items, please contact the Apache Junction Community Development Corporation at (480) 431-0831 at least one week before the event to arrange pickup.
