Listening, learning, and growing together: 2025 Community Life Survey results

This year, we launched our first Community Life Survey at Blossom Rock. Your answers are key to helping the Boards and Community Life budget and plan for upcoming activities and the needs across the community.

Your input plays a big role in our mission to create spaces and build connections that inspire people to find purpose, live authentically, and thrive together.

Take a look at the results to see what you and your neighbors think are the key ingredients for a vibrant community.

We hear you

We also heard about opportunities for growth:

  • Events – residents asked for more variety, including activities for teens, informal block parties, and homeschooling meet-ups.

  • Amenities – pickleball courts, splash pads, and shaded gathering areas came up frequently in open-ended responses.

  • Neighbor connections – many want more casual ways to meet those nearby, especially street-level or interest-based groups.

Next steps

Your feedback shapes our priorities. In the year ahead, we’re focusing on:

Expanding events to include smaller socials and teen-friendly options.

Enhancing amenities with a focus on trails, poolside experiences, and exploring resident requests like pickleball.

Improving connections through digital tools (website, SMS), plus more casual neighborhood-based gatherings.
